ANIMALS/DOGS

We like all animals, however due to safety regulations, there are no animals allowed on the course.  With large numbers of people running, animals could pose a safety hazard. Let’s keep our pets and human friends safe!

STROLLERS
We love your kids, however due to safety regulations, we strongly encourage you to stay to the back on the start of the race and to the right on the course so as to give plenty of passing room on your left.

IPODS/MUSIC
We love music, and do not ban MP3 Players and iPod such items, however, if you do chose to use these, please make sure the volume is at a level where you can hear your surroundings. It is your responsibility to be aware of your surroundings on the course.
