Purchasing Tickets

There are five ways to purchase tickets to Heritage Theatre performances. All you have to do is find a performance and follow the steps. Tickets will either be mailed to you or held at the Box Office at Will Call.

All available seats can be purchased online, by phone or fax, or in person. Additional wheelchair accessible seats and discount tickets are sold only through the Heritage Theatre Box Office. You can reach our Box Office at 408-866-2700.

Online
Tickets may be purchased online 24/7 with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. There is also a $5-per-ticket service charge for online orders. Internet sales are cut off 24 hours prior to every event. This is not an indication that the event is sold out.

For group rates, discount prices, additional wheelchair-accessible, and wheelchair-companion seating, please contact the Heritage Theatre Box Office. Discounted rates do not apply to all shows. Series / season tickets are only available through the Box Office.

In Person
The Heritage Theatre Box Office is located at the front of the Heritage Theatre. Free parking is available for every performance in the Campbell Community Center parking lots or at the parking garage in Downtown Campbell, accessible from Second Street or Third Street between Campbell Avenue and Civic Center Drive.

The Box Office accepts cash, checks (except on the day of a show), Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

Refunds / Exchanges
The Heritage Theatre does not offer refunds or exchanges. In the event of a show cancellation, patrons will be refunded for the ticket price and facility fee. The $5-per-ticket Internet fee is nonrefundable. To avoid the ticket internet fee, you may order tickets over the phone at 408-866-2700 or in person at our Box Office. Please consider these policies carefully while making your purchases.
